Yes, the names of some friends and acquaintances were used for the characters who traveled between worlds. However, in the novel, due to the background setting, these travelers usually have to conceal their true identities, so the names that appear are generally those they use in the new world, not the ones they had before crossing over. My apologies to those whose names were borrowed. Thus, I have written some brief and rather rough character cards for the travelers, in commemoration of these remarkable souls.

Rochester
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Wang Qinian
First appearance: The Great Nemesis
Race: Gnome

Identity: Founder of the Gnome Dynasty, the most successful traveler with a traceable history
Experience: Led the gnome race to rise during the war between elves and orcs, established the Gnome Dynasty, and ruled the continent for over two centuries, leaving behind many relics for future travelers. The mystery of his disappearance remains unsolved; based on available records, he was preparing a grand scheme for his return before vanishing.

Charlotte
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Kong Zhang
First appearance: The Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Musketeer, **Master, Summoner, Greatsword Master
Identity: Commander of the Lot Empire’s New Army Special Regiment, newly appointed Western Supervisor of Tansk, Observer for the Constellation Council
Experience: Assisted the Lot Empire’s second prince in forming the new army, led special forces in battles against the elves in the north, earning military merits and being accepted as an observer by the Constellation Council. Later became the Western Supervisor of Tansk. In pursuit of advancement within the council, he did not hesitate to exploit his old lover from the orc tribes, calculating the downfall of all involved.

Warrenheit
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Unknown

Race: Human
Class: Mage, Swordsman

Experience: Alongside the other four members of the Landia Revolutionary Committee, launched the revolution that toppled the Tianlun Dynasty, achieving victory. Became the second Prime Minister of Landia Republic, renowned for his cunning and courage, and sought to establish a true bourgeois state and immortalize his name in history.

Misaiah
Gender: Female
Name before crossing: Loquat
First appearance: Revolution of the Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Archmage
Identity: Current Headmistress of the Southern Women’s Magic Academy, one of the seven with voting rights in the Mage Tower, Constellation Council member—Aquarius
Experience: Inherited the Southern Women’s Magic Academy through extraordinary magical talent, gained voting rights in the Mage Tower, and became one of the three most influential figures in southern magical circles. However, due to the death of the Leo—who crossed over with her and also served on the council—she harbors deep hatred for the Church.

Manila
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Duncan
First appearance: Revolution of the Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Mage, Navigator
Identity: Founder of Nautical Surveying
Experience: Invented the Cartesian coordinate system, which, combined with astrology, became widely used in navigation and map-making, securing Manila’s place in history. A staunch atheist, he believed the earth was a sphere, repeatedly trying to refute the Church’s claims that the earth and seas were boundless. Ultimately, his efforts to prove this by assembling a fleet led to his arrest and execution by the Church.

Saint Rolyantar
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Chen Mo
First appearance: The Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Archmage
Identity: Former Chief Court Mage of the Ross Empire
Experience: A prodigy who became a **Master at fifteen, a mage at twenty-two, and an archmage at twenty-seven—an unprecedented rate of advancement in the human world. The Ross Empire appealed on his behalf, resulting in the Church granting him the honorific “Saint.” However, he was actually extremely timid, terrified that the Church might discover his origins. Upon being named a “Saint,” he deliberately indulged in women to avoid suspicion, becoming notorious for his amorous exploits—boasting “eight hundred lovers.” Ultimately, what immortalized him in magical history was not the title from the Church, but his reputation as “the most passionate Rolyantar in history.”

Anubis
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Yu Cun
First appearance: The Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Grand Mage of Wind
Identity: Reclusive Mage
Experience: Before crossing, Anubis was a tax collector in Genista. After crossing, he suddenly manifested exceptional magical talent, becoming a grand mage specializing in wind magic. Yet, out of fear of his true identity being exposed, he lived his entire life in seclusion.

Bach
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Lin Xi
First appearance: The Great Nemesis
Race: Half-Elf
Class: Mage
Identity: A relatively unknown figure in magical history
Experience: Initially believed he would possess legendary talents like a novel protagonist but discovered he had no special powers. Nonetheless, through perseverance, he reached the rank of mage. He wandered aimlessly for much of his life, eventually stumbling upon a treasure left by Rochester—only to find that Chen Mo and Yu Cun had already claimed the best parts, leaving him with a small share. He realized he was not destined to be a main character and decided to use his magical knowledge to serve wealthy locals in exchange for money. After twenty years, he amassed great wealth, established his own magic studio and workshop, and, though he never became famous, lived comfortably with many wives and concubines. His only regret was that, after his death, his many children quarreled over his inheritance, leading to the decline of his family line.

If more travelers appear later, their cards will be added from time to time.

(Hyparchus was accidentally left out.)

Hyparchus
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: Shi Sanjiu
First appearance: Revolution of the Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Navigator
Identity: Master Shipbuilder, Father of Southern Navigation
Experience: An ancient ship model enthusiast, after crossing over, used his knowledge to help an ordinary shipwright become a top designer. He founded numerous shipbuilding academies, advanced the development of southern navigation, and earned widespread respect as the Father of Navigation. In his later years, the Church suspected his origins and placed him under constant surveillance, nearly sending him to their laboratories. Thanks to his reputation and public outcry from the southern countries, the Church was compelled to release him publicly, though they continued covertly watching him. Before his death, he left behind blueprints for the carrack, ushering in the Age of Exploration.

Grant
Gender: Male
Name before crossing: The Neurotic Cat
First appearance: Revolution of the Great Nemesis
Race: Human
Class: Sword Saint
Identity: Leader of the Comminesen Revolutionary Group, President of the Comminesen Gaul Autonomous Government
Experience: An ambitious traveler, he was randomly granted the Dragon Elephant Vajra Skill by the Finger of Fate at the moment of crossing, and his soul entered the body of a greatsword master, quickly advancing to Sword Saint. Because his values and worldview clashed with those of the Five Cents Party-dominated Constellation Council, he was unable to join forces with them and instead developed his own power independently.

If there are new travelers introduced in the future, their profiles will be added as needed.
