Tezuka turned dark and quit after being injured by Takeshi Takei, and at that time, Fuji and Tezuka already admired each other, so Fuji left with him.

As for why Hajime Mizuki came to Evergreen Academy, I’ve explained that too—just go back and read. I’ve also clarified why Mizuki isn’t at St. Rudolph; it’s all written in the book.
